We design plastic products, manufacture the moulds that make them and run the production ourselves. That combination is rare in our industry, and it is the reason customers bring us their difficult parts.
Who we are
Almoguera Injection & Blow Moulding (Pty) Ltd is a South African manufacturer working across the full life of a plastic component. Our design office develops the product, our toolroom builds the mould, and our moulding floor produces the parts.
Because all three stages happen in our own facility, decisions about the product are made with the tool in mind, changes to tooling are made without waiting on outside suppliers, and customers deal with one team that is accountable for the result.
Our technical leadership has worked in the South African plastics industry since 1969, and works alongside current CAD, CAM and CNC technology.
Ownership and transformation
Almoguera is 100% black owned and a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor, led by a woman Managing Director. For customers, that means procurement recognition on every rand spent with us.

How we approach the market
The South African plastics industry has many capable converters. We do not set out to win on price alone. We aim to add value our customers cannot easily find elsewhere: real input on design, tooling we control, and the patience to get difficult parts right.
We also develop and manufacture our own products, and partner with specialist companies on joint venture manufacturing, where we contribute the design, tooling and production behind a product they take to market.

Francisco Zwelibanzi Almoguera
Operations Director
Leads the manufacturing process and works directly with the technical team on improving production methods. Experienced in CNC, plasma, laser and robotic programming.
Paloma Joyce Almoguera
Marketing Director
Leads marketing and administration, and supports the Managing Director across the running of the business.
